What do the coupon books look like?
The coupon books are 4.875 inches wide by 10.375 inches tall. Each book contains a total of 20 coupons – with each coupon running twice. Image shown below is a sample of the new coupon book front cover layout.
I want to order coupon books with my store address on them. Where are the addresses placed and what is the size?
The addresses are in bold 11 pt. font on the back covers of the coupon books. To allow room for the postage permits and residential addresses, they are oriented towards the top and centered. The addresses are imprinted via laser ink-jet after the coupon books are printed. In order to have them on each individual coupon, it would require a unique art-file for each address, and as a result increase the cost. This is why store addresses will not appear on each coupon. PLEASE NOTE: address imprinting is an additional cost of $.03 (three cents) per book.
May I change/add/remove offers from my coupon order?
No. The offers for each version were carefully selected with consideration to maximize the efficiency of system quantities. To ensure consistency throughout the DQ system, the coupons require specific PLU numbers for tracking redemption.
I do not see the quantity of coupon books I would like to order, but have another quantity in mind. What should I do?

May I order more than one coupon book version?
Yes. If you would like to order with the quantities listed on this site, make sure to refresh your browser after each transaction and select the different version(s) each time after your first order. I have more than one store. How do I place my order?
Make sure to place these orders separately. Place an order for one store at a time. Once you’ve completed a transaction, refresh your browser and enter the information for the next store. If you would feel more comfortable placing your order for multiple stores over the phone, please call Abby Parra with Walz Tetrick Advertising at (913) 789-5039.
My store address is different from my billing address. When ordering, will I need to enter my store address, too?
Yes. To ensure that your coupons are mailed in a radius around your store, make sure that your “shipping address” is the address of your store.
When can I expect to receive a receipt of my transaction?
If you place an order online or by phone, you will receive an emailed receipt of your transaction within 24 hours.
I have a specific area I want my coupons to be distributed to. Is it possible to target it?

Yes. If you have a specific zip code or area (north of the store, southwest of the store, etc.) in mind, please specify this when placing your order. Additionally, if you’d like to know the household counts surrounding your store, Walz Tetrick can retrieve those in order for you to target specific mailing routes.

ALL INQUIRIES FOR TARGETING SPECIFIC MAILING ROUTES MUST BE RECEIVED AT LEAST THREE BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE THE ORDER DEADLINE IN ORDER TO ACCOMMODATE REQUESTS.

When will the coupon books be mailed?

The first in-home date is January 22. It may take up to ten days from that date to reach all homes and stores. Several factors affect the exact date the coupons reach their destinations, as they are delivered to USPS Service Centers and then at bulk rate through the mail system.

The drop-date has passed and I still do not see any coupon redemption. What should I do?
