This position will contribute to meetings and offer points of view, recommendations and ideas for optimizing campaign performance and digital media budgets. In addition, you’ll work with a variety of digital media vendors to bring our clients’ objectives to fruition.
The right person for this position will be a strategic thinker with a planner mentality. You’ll serve as “quarterback” for the client team, so having strong communication skills is a must. If you like wearing multiple hats and working with a team in a fast-paced environment, this could be a good position for you.
Three to five years of experience in digital media planning and buying, including site-direct and programmatic.
Strong experience planning and managing search and paid social campaigns, including strategy development and building budget recommendations.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Terrific attention to detail.
Strong organization skills.
A self-starter with a curiosity and an eagerness to continue learning.
Strategic thinking and proactive client service skills.
Ability to identify and solve problems.
Work well in a cross-functional, collaborative, team environment.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Prior experience leading and managing direct reports.
Experience working in an advertising or media agency.
